Terms of Service

1. Eligibility (No Minors)

You must be at least the age of majority in your province/territory (and in all cases 18+) to use the Service. If you are not eligible, do not access or use the Service.

2. Accounts & Security

• You may need an account to access features. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized use or security incidents.

3. Entertainment Only; No Gambling; No Real-World Prizes

The Service is for entertainment and social gameplay only. It does not offer real-money gambling and does not award prizes or items of real-world monetary value. Outcomes are for entertainment and do not represent opportunities to win money or anything of cash value.

4. Virtual Currency & Virtual Items (No Cash Value)

• Any virtual currency, credits, points, or virtual items are licensed to you, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
• Virtual currency/items are not redeemable for money or for goods/services outside the Service.
• We may modify, manage, regulate, or remove virtual currency/items and related balances where permitted by law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not break laws, infringe rights, harass others, or post illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service, networks, or security.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or use the Service to distribute malware or spam.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, content, and trademarks, is owned by DoubleDoubleJoy Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, lawful, entertainment purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Canadian law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoubleDoubleJoy Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data, arising from or related to the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to others or the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Disputes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Canada)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada for disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, subject to non-waivable consumer protection rights.
